* To provide primary and secondary schools with the complete set of tools they need for e-Learning design, implementation, assessment and learning-analytics-based feedback support to students, teachers and school leaders

​*To serve as a learning design repository and collaboration platform, and a learning analytics intelligence hub for the school to monitor and continuously enhance its educational effectiveness, and to further develop its evidence-based strategic development plans.
